Located in Seattle, Washington, this 2,800 sq. ft. family home was in need of a complete transformation. The Thompson family reached out to Renoza to modernize their outdated property while preserving its original charm. The goal was to create a warm, functional, and open living environment that reflected their lifestyle and could serve them for years to come.

Our Approach

1. Discovery & Planning

We started with in-depth consultations and walk-throughs to understand the family’s needs, preferences, and lifestyle. From there, we developed a personalized renovation roadmap.

2. Interior Redesign

‍Selective wall removal allowed us to create a more open layout between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. We introduced large windows, skylights, and vaulted ceilings to amplify natural light and openness.

3. Modern Upgrades

• Kitchen: Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, premium appliances, and a functional island
• Bathrooms: Walk-in showers, freestanding tub, floating vanities, and elegant tiling
• Living Areas: Built-in storage, ambient lighting, and new hardwood floors
• Smart Features: Integrated lighting, climate control, and security systems
• Finishing Touches: Neutral tones, modern fixtures, and custom millwork for a refined feel
