Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team and ensure exceptional service to clients throughout the renovation process. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, managing project schedules, and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve a combination of client communication, administrative support, and coordination between the project team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates throughout the renovation process.
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and expectations.
- Assist clients with the selection of materials, designs, and finishes, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and invoices.
- Track project milestones and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with work completed.
- Address any client complaints or issues promptly, working with the project team to resolve them.
- Help manage project budgets by ensuring that changes or additions to the scope of work are documented and approved.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and assisting with billing.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure they are aware of all project processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client services, customer support, or project coordination, preferably in the construction or home renovation industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions for clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
